Learn how you can make a contribution
The support provided to the YMCA through the generosity of donors is vitally important in enabling us to extend the benefits of our many proven programs to more and more families and children in the communities we serve. Every donation makes a difference, whether it's a modest amount or a major contribution from either an individual or a corporate citizen.
Two very important opportunities for supporting the YMCA of Orange County are our annual community-based Partner with Youth Campaign and periodic Capital Campaigns for major facility projects. An example of a very significant capital campaign now underway will support the building of a brand-new, 32,000-sq.-ft. YMCA facility to serve Santa Ana and the surrounding communities with the potential to reach some 80,000 people living within a two-mile radius. Another is the complete renovation of the North Orange County branch facility in Fullerton set to begin in late August.
In addition, contributions are welcome at any time to support a wide range of program activities including:

Here are just a few examples of how far your support can go in helping to build strong kids, families, and communities:

Help an at-risk youth be a success in school by providing tutoring for a year.

Send a disadvantaged youth to a week of resident camp.

Provide a scholarship for a child to attend after-school care for a month.
