TLC Spotlight on Regina Frank, Dispatch's Senior Transportation Supervisor

As we enter the wonderful Holiday Season, what better time than to recognize those Team members who have helped make a difference. If you are a driver or client, chances are that you have spoken to one of the warm and friendly staff in TLC's Dispatch Team. They are known for being able to make the almost impossible, possible, while delivering the highest level of customer care and service. The Dispatch Team appreciates the loyalty and trust that you have shown them, and this motivates the Dispatch Team to try even harder to exceed your expectations.

This month's spotlight is on Regina Frank. She is the centralized Dispatch's Senior Transportation Supervisor, and has been with TLC since May 2004. Regina's main goal is finding the right job for each of the drivers, and the finding the right driver for each of her clients. Because she knows the importance of satisfying each and every customer, she particularly enjoys working closely with the drivers and clients and resolving any situations that may arise.

Regina thrives on taming the never-ending paperwork flow through her desk. Regina says that the hardest part of her job is not being able to fill all of the positions that the clients need her help with.

When asked what is the secret of success, Regina advises us to always go to work with a positive attitude. Do not let the troubles of the day wear you down. Be prepared and take the time to follow the proper procedures. Regina encourages her drivers to bring the necessary tools to work that they might need. Some of these include: street maps; steel toe shoes; wallet and identification; and TLC Safety Bag for any assignment you may be on. Regina also recommends that all of your reports need to be completed in a timely manner and drivers should communicate as needed with TLC and your client.

Communication is another key to success. To ensure that we have the best fit for our drivers and clients, drivers are asked to return calls to the Dispatch team as soon as possible. We have many clients that have urgent needs for top quality drivers. Returning calls promptly to the Dispatch team also shows how courteous, focused, and professional our drivers are to our clients.

Regina has made many wonderful friends and acquaintances in her job; she would like everyone to know that she is here for you and your concerns. Please know that the entire Dispatch team is looking out for the best for you and she appreciates the trust that you place with her and the entire staff.

Regina's main goal in life is to send her children through college. She feels that accomplishing this would be like fulfilling a dream. She feels that education is very important for her children. She is always looking for a better life for her children, and in many ways this wonderful quality comes through even at work, as she tries her best in placing drivers. Regina also loves to cook and travel. She is extremely talented in creating Filipino cuisine, and her favorite entre is Lumpia and Kare-Kare (pork with Peanut Sauce). She also loves to travel and go to the beach.
