Driver Appreciation Week: 8-26-2007 through 9-1-2007

TLC is very proud to be part of the Trucking Industry for over thirty years. Our drivers are among the finest professionals in the industry. Their work is the backbone of this nation's commerce and economy as product is moved within our communities in a timely and safe manner. TLC extends our grateful appreciation to all drivers: thank you all for your hard work and dedication.

The truth is that without truck drivers, America literally stops. Studies show that the trucking industry moves approximately 70% of all domestic tonnage! In the communities that we live and work, the percentage of product moved by local truck drivers is even higher, typically ranging between 80% - 90%. Everyday, truck drivers help deliver essential products that we take for granted: clothing, food, fuel, home building products, medicine, and so much more.

Here are some pictures of our drivers wearing the "Team TLC" t-shirts that were given away to our drivers during Driver Appreciation Week. Custom t-shirts were made especially for our drivers, and included the logo "TLC is Serious About Safety" on the back of the t-shirts.

We thank you for your efforts and important role that you hold each and every day. We appreciate your hard work and dedication.
