TLC's Centralized Dispatch Team
In this month's Newsletter, we wanted to provide you with a brief introduction to our Centralized Dispatch Team (CDT). We are particularly proud of our team as they develop a very special relationship with each of our drivers. This relationship helps ensure that our drivers are placed with the right job with the right client. Our CDT takes the extra step to help maximize driver and client satisfaction!
The primary goal of the CDT is to enable our qualified drivers to have access to highly trained dispatch professionals, "24/7." This environment allows our regional offices to focus on recruiting quality drivers and delivering exceptional Customer Service to our clients.
Our Centralized Dispatch Team consists of the following:
- Sheila Castaneda - Western Regional Operations Manager
- Regina Frank - Senior Transportation Supervisor/Dispatch
- Steve Rochin - Transportation Supervisor/Dispatch
- Amberlynn Spector - Office Administrator
- Lacy Fithian - Night Transportation Supervisor/Dispatcher- (covers the 5:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. PST time zone)
The dispatch team takes turns being "on-call" during the 1:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m. PST time zone.
The CDT can be reached anytime at (888) A1-Drive (888-213-7483). Our drivers are an integral part of the Team and in the event of a mechanical problem, accident or injury, our drivers are instructed to immediately to call the CDT and client. Our drivers are also instructed to immediately call the CDT and client in the event of a delay in their arrival time or illness.
Drivers can contact the CDT department for new assignments or if they have any general questions during the 6:00 a.m. - 1:00 a.m. PST, time zone. This great communication flow helps ensure that replacement drivers are found and our clients are happy!
Our CDT emphasizes, first and foremost, SAFETY. We consistently remind our drivers to maintain the various supplies contained in their safety kits and attend the mandatory Safety meetings. TLC's CDT is the key to our driver and client's satisfaction. We thank you for your continued support.
