National Parking Operator Selects T3 Series
"This 24/7 operation requires staff to be very efficient and mobile, and we needed a vehicle that would provide flexibility," said Frank Del Monaco, General Manager, LAZ Parking/Norwalk. "The T3 Series has proven to be a valuable asset to us as it allows staff to be highly visible while patrolling the interior stations, as well as the 700-space garage and surrounding surface parking facilities."
Del Monaco describes as "perhaps the best aspect of the T3" the positive reaction it is has generated to the services LAZ Parking provides to its customers. He notes receiving daily reports from his staff about encouraging interactions with the public. "Many of them are curious about the vehicle, and once they learn about the environmentally friendly operating system, they seem genuinely pleased that we have chosen it," he added. And how about tackling nasty weather? Del Monaco observed, "Operating and managing property in New England doesn't give us an excuse to relax in the performance of our duties during the winter. The T3 Series is used year round with great success."
