We are pleased to announce that T3 Motion, Inc. has received certification from the Internal Revenue Service that the T3 Series electric standup vehicle (ESV) meets the requirements of a Qualified Plug-in Electric Vehicle. Purchasers of these qualified vehicles are eligible to receive a tax credit equal to 10% of the cost (not to exceed $2,500) of a vehicle placed in service during 2009. This tax credit augments the overall significant cost savings generated by T3 Motion electric vehicles.
