A Message from the CEO, Thomas Antunez

Thank you for visiting Performance Matters, Percentix's monthly newsletter. 2008 has been a very exciting time for the firm, highlighted by the addition of several new clients and cutting edge performance management engagements.

Our growth plans for 2009 will include several new service offerings that are the direct result of our clients' feedback. This will cause the firm to expand from a people, process, and technology perspective. Subsequent issues of Performance Matters will continually update you on these new service offerings as they come on line.

Over the last few weeks we have added three consultants to the performance management practice, and all three are actively in the field working on engagements around the country.

Likewise, Percentix has hired Rita Longcore as Manager of Strategic Accounts. Rita comes to us from Business Objects where she served as a Consulting Services Director, prior to which she worked on large scale ERP implementations at Accenture and independently. We are thoroughly pleased to have Rita on the team and she will prove to be an invaluable resource to you, our clients.

Here at Percentix we like to say that "we have no sales people." This is rooted in the firm belief that to effectively position our service offerings with our clients, it is essential that every member of the Percentix team has a deep, deep knowledge of performance management consulting, so much so that we demand that even our business development leads have spent many years performing consulting engagements prior to taking on business development responsibilities.

Our business development philosophy is yet another example of our relentless pursuit of value creation for our clients. I hope you are all doing well and I look forward to the remainder of 2008.
