What's your daily function at Percentix?

As a manager in the Planning practice, my day-to-day responsibilities include managing both the projects I am currently on as well as, a staff of consultants. On an average day, you'll find me working along side clients completing the design and build of their Oracle/Hyperion Planning implementation.

How does your experience and expertise benefit clients?

Eight years in the industry and servicing over 30 different clients has allowed me to not only develop a strong technical background, but has also given me the opportunity to be exposed to a wide variety of businesses and to experience first hand different business models and practices. The one main benefit that I believe I can provide is that I can inform my clients of best practices and steer them in the right direction. Every client's success is based upon a foundation of making sound decisions and doing things the right way and I believe that my expertise helps our clients accomplish those goals.

What do you like most about Percentix's clients?

I have found that Percentix does not seek business for the sake of seeking business. We have people who are making good decisions to find the right opportunities for Percentix, which means that when we sign deals, we are not only winning deals that make sense to us, but we are also mitigating any risks of working with "the wrong client." I love the fact that I know that when I work with a client of Percentix, I am going to have the opportunity to work with clients who are ethical, motivated and who make the right decisions for their own company's needs.

What do you like most about Percentix?

Being as small as we are, Percentix affords me the opportunity to see how my work impacts the bottom line. Every client I work with is important to me, because I know my success is a direct correlation to the success of our firm. I'm also proud to know that we don't need to be the largest firm to be the best in the industry. We are simply the best because we are doing things the right way and we hire only the best talent who share in our core values.

What do you like to do in your spare time when you're not helping clients? Any hobbies?

I have two beautiful children who take up any "spare time" I might have. A distant second would be following and watching USC sports. I'm borderline obsessive.

If you could travel anywhere around the world, where would you go? Why?

I would love to travel back to Korea. I was born in the US and I believe the last time I visited Korea, I was 4 years old. I'd love to go back to see family and actually get to meet some of them for the first time.

What's your favorite TV show or movie?

I'm an avid fan of "The Shield" and "The Office." I also am a huge movie buff and enjoy all types of movies. But my all time favorite movie is "The Godfather."

Where did you grow up?

I was born and raised in Southern California.
