Message from the CEO:

Thank you for reading Performance Matters, Percentix's monthly electronic newsletter that is meant to keep you in touch with the firm. Since its inception, Performance Matters has reached thousands of readers across North America, offering thought provoking white papers, articles, and profiles to keep you informed.

In this issue, I would like to provide you with a quick update on the progress of the firm, remind you of our Core Values, and give you an idea of what is to come for the balance of the year. Believe it or not, the first five months of 2008 have passed and I am extremely proud of our efforts and results. As is demonstrated every day, even within the world's largest publicly traded companies, the current economic climate in the United States can be painfully challenging, fueled by rising costs, declining demand, and increased uncertainty. As a small private company, Percentix has continued to surpass all of my expectations and projections. Our size enables the firm to focus on key areas that result in long term success, thereby reducing our exposure to the traditional pressures faced by much larger organizations.

One example of our continued success is the latest addition to the Percentix family of clients, Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI). CHI is an $8 billion dollar, faith-based, non-profit organization dedicated to providing world class healthcare via 72 hospitals and 42 managed care facilities in the US. CHI facilities provided almost $480 million in community benefit in the 2007 fiscal year, including services for the poor, free clinics, education, and research. We are privileged to welcome CHI to the Percentix family of clients. Led by Chris DeBeer, Percentix Managing Director, Percentix teamed up with Oracle Corporation to guide CHI thru the Performance Management sales and discovery process. Percentix will continue to work with CHI thru April of 2009 as we deploy these world-class tools and practices, transforming the CHI Finance function. Again, we are humbled, honored, and excited about this fantastic addition to our client list.

At Percentix, our Core Values are Honesty, Vision, Competence, and Inspiration. Every Percentix employee has these four values engrained in their daily work-life so that you, our group of clients, receive best-in-class service at all times. With this in mind, I am pleased to announce two promotions. Sandra Nozaki has recently been promoted to title of Senior Consultant, a title coveted at the firm and extremely tough to secure. Sandra's incredible work at Oakley and her dedication to our Core Values make this promotion a critical step in an already successful career at Percentix. Likewise, Chris Chase has been promoted to Senior Lead Consultant, a promotion that was driven by Chris's ability to leverage his technical and business consulting skills to the net benefit of clients such as Dell, Lloyd's TSB, TeleTech, and Oakley, to name a few. Difficult to attain, these promotions are amazing accomplishments, illustrating the excellence both Sandra and Chris personify. I hope you have enjoyed this update on the firm. Our mission remains unchanged: Provide the best Oracle Hyperion professional services in the United States. We will continue to drive towards this every day at every client.
