Keeping You Moving During Construction

OCTA and Caltrans are working to assure your commute is as easy as possible during the Garden Grove Freeway (SR-22) Improvement Project by:
  • Keeping all existing freeway lanes open during peak drive times
  • Providing clear signage
  • Maintaining traffic flow by carefully planning necessary detours
  • Modifying traffic signal timing
  • Minimizing impacts to neighborhoods and local businesses
Bringing the New 22 to Orange County will require occasional route adjustments by commuters. These temporary inconveniences will be minimized. With your help, OCTA and Measure M are paving the way for a better freeway to effectively serve Orange County travelers now and well into the future.
