Welcome Message from Arthur T. Leahy, CEO

On behalf of OCTA, I would like to you introduce you to the first “New 22” newsletter. This communication tool serves as an added convenience to provide you with helpful information about the Garden Grove Freeway (SR-22) Improvement Project, including construction updates, meeting schedules, news and other announcements from OCTA.

The freeway improvements now underway, funded mostly by Measure M, span the cities of Westminster, Garden Grove, Santa Ana and Orange, and will help accommodate the more than 200,000 motorists who travel the corridor daily. OCTA is committed to delivering these improvements on time – and on budget – to enhance your quality of life, ensuring you spend less time commuting and more time with friends and family.

We’re extremely excited about the improvements along the SR-22 and value your interest and involvement during the process. I hope you find this newsletter helpful and informative. At OCTA, we're dedicated to delivering safer, faster and more efficient transportation solutions.
