Express Scripts Home Delivery Enhancement Programs
As a leader in pharmacy programs, Express Scripts has three enhancement programs that are already proving to be successful with increasing member participation and satisfaction.
Express Scripts Auto Refill Enhancement - Members now have the option to enroll all maintenance medications (with the exception of controlled substances) in the Auto Refill Program. When a member enrolls in the program, Express Scripts will automatically refill and ship the member's prescriptions. Notifications will be sent to members, by phone or email, seven days prior to processing to allow them the opportunity to reschedule or cancel the order.
Because the Auto Refill program enrollment is done at the prescription level, the member can choose the scripts they wish to have refilled automatically (some, all, or none). Members can enroll or remove themselves from the program at any time.
Automated Outbound Notification Enhancement - In an effort to improve the member experience, Express Scripts has streamlined and reduced the number of order status calls members receive. The consolidated call now includes the date the prescription was received, as well as the scheduled ship date.
Bill Me Later - Express Scripts has always offered a variety of payment options for members. Express Scripts has expanded on its payment options by initiating its Bill Me Later program. Sign up and approval takes just seconds and qualified members can defer co-payments for 90 days. Members can begin the registration process by visiting www.express-scripts.com or by contacting a Patient Care Advocate by phone.
