Sacramento AMA Chapter Slates KCOMM CEO as Guest Speaker
Presentation Runs Gamut of Internet as Indispensible Marketing Tool
The July meeting of the American Marketing Association's Sacramento chapter provided an opportunity for KCOMM CEO Sinan Kanatsiz to share insights on the current state of the art in Internet marketing. Based on a referral from long-time Southern California public relations veteran Christel Hall, now residing and working in Reno, the Sacramento AMA group invited Kanatsiz to update corporate, government and agency attendees on the always changing world of Internet marketing and the latest trends.
Topics of his presentation included an overview of Internet marketing strategies, the fast emerging role of YouTube in communicating via video, new tactics in viral marketing, ways people find web sites, how to generate response from emarketing programs, an overview of spending on the Internet, politics on the Internet, building synergy between events and the Internet, search engine marketing, the importance of taking an integrated marketing approach, and a look toward the future of the Internet.
