Emplicity Launches New Web Site

A new look. More helpful information. Same great HR solutions. We launched our new web site this month which better portrays what we are all about, Employee Management Made Simple. The new site was redesigned with more insight into what our audience has been asking for, a more user friendly site, presenting what Emplicity is all about with a simple, direct approach.

The new website will provide insightful information on how Emplicity can help business owners and HR administrators. Our new site is filled with information about our expert HR services, client snapshots, industry news and more - information that matters to you and your business. Within our new website is our new HR portal named "My Emplicity." This section allows our clients and employees to view all of their information, from invoices and check registers to paycheck stubs and W2s.

Some noteworthy areas that have been enhanced:

• Online Payroll Processing
  Processing payroll has just gotten easier with our ability to customize the time entry screens. Several clients have always wanted to change the way what columns appear when processing payroll. With the new upgrades, clients now have that option of changing what appears on their timesheet. (Contact your payroll specialist for details)
  
  
• Employee Web Access
  Our new system allows clients to setup their own employees, giving them direct access to their checkstubs, pay history, tax information and many self-service reports. Employees can have the freedom to access their info anytime without having to wait for their requests to be processed.
  
  
• Online Reports
  With My Emplicity, we've added even more reports. As mentioned above there are self service reports that are available to employees and to our clients. Having the ability to gather information using your parameters is an invaluable benefit, not previously available. Another added benefit is job costing reports.
