Vegetable Spirulina Stir-Fry

Here's a great vegetarian dish with all the benefits of Spirulina.

8 Large Carrots
4 Medium Zucchinis
2 Large White Onions
2 Green Cabbages
1 Cup Sesame Oil
6 Tablespoons Shoyu
1-1/2 Tablespoons Earthrise® Spirulina
  • Chop all vegetables (separately)
  • Heat oil in large frying pan on highest temperature
  • Add zucchini, onions and carrots
  • Stir well and fry for two minutes
  • Add cabbage to the mixture
  • Fry for another two minutes
  • Add Shoyu and mix
  • Remove pan from heat and cover for one minute
  • Add Spirulina and mix well
Healthy option: Add some chopped chili peppers for some spice.

This side dish recipe provides six servings.
