Here's a "tried and true" Super Smoothie recipe from one of our long time customers, Nancy:
- 1 Cup Frozen Berries
- 1 Medium Banana
- 2-1/2 Cups of Low Fat Soy Milk
- 2 Tablespoons of Soy Protein Powder
- 2 teaspoons of Spirulina Powder
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender, puree until smooth and serve in a frosted glass
Nancy commented that this is a nutritious addition to your favorite smoothie recipes. This creamy fruit smoothie is rich in fiber plus anti-oxidants from the juicy berries and bananas. Spiked with soy isoflavones and Spirulina, you have a super-healthy to-go breakfast or an anytime meal.
