Senator Nelson is fighting one of the top targeted races in the country. Senator Nelson is being challenged in 2006 by Congresswoman Katherine Harris. A new Rasmussen poll shows that Bill Nelson's lead has shrunk from 40 points to just 9. Recently at an Orlando fundraiser, with his arm around her shoulder, President Bush said, "It sure would be nice to have two United States senators who would confirm conservative judges. To that end, I welcome Congresswoman Katherine Harris." This is a race Democrats cannot afford to lose!
